Y’all need to stop being so self-deprecating. You’re not boring or bland or whatever; you’re just shy and/or you’re not used to having conversations, but give yourself time and you’ll learn to find your groove when it comes to having conversations with others. You’ll get there and I’m sure plenty of people will find something interesting about you.
Soulmates are not your ~other half~, that’s just nonsense. You are a whole person already, not half a person. A soulmate isn’t even inherently romantic. A soulmate is just the other sock in a matched set. You’re still a whole, complete sock on your own, you are perfectly functional paired with any other sock, it’s just that it’s even better when you match. A soulmate is literally just the person who makes your soul go “!!! Same hat!!!” and wave excitedly.
Today while I was on campus I passed a girl who had clearly just pulled an all nighter. Messy hair, socks and sandals, pajama pants, the complete look, and she was talking to herself under her breath. All I heard her say was “okay bitch. You’re fine. You’re gonna go home, eat some cake, and take a nap. It’s over now” And honestly?? Same. You go girl
