to add to the notn reminders: take a break *before* your wrist hurts! stretch, hold for 10 seconds and relax, go grab something to drink or a snack. let your eyes relax, too!
(you can also try switching hands, using a tablet or phone to grind, a stylus on a touch screen, etc)

I get this a lot when I draw a lot or use my hands a lot for a day or two.
