So, I was doing a bit of research a few minutes ago on possible reasons why eyes may bleed, and if it has anything to do with head injury. And while I was only able to find that eyes bleeding could be caused by infections like pinkeye (or happen just because), I DID find this:

Now, I’m sure we can recognize some of these symptoms in Jack, as well as mood swings, which were addressed in KJSE.

Whatever Anti did to Jack, it gave him a brain injury. Which makes sense. Anti could easily infect Jack and adapt to his brain, then manipulate his electrical signals, being a glitch and all. I don’t know if it’s possible to “fry” these signals, per se, and cause the brain to overload and attack itself, but I’d wager anything’s on the table at this point, given what exactly we’re dealing with here.
