You know those vampire posts that are something like “why are vampires always christian? What if they were a jew, Muslim or athiest, would the cross work on them?” Or “I want a story about a vampire that is totally up with modern culture. She sees herself in the mirror now that they aren’t backed by silver, she watches TV and has a job and doesn’t just sit in a coffin lamenting undeath all day,” stuff like that? Well, my friends saw those too, and they made an answer.
In A Vampire in Paris, a young Christian woman is convinced her coworker is a vampire and tries to prove it. Unfortunately, her techniques are all based in judeo-christian tradition and the vamp in question is muslim, and also also super cute and as queer as our would-be vampire hunter. Idk about you all but I need to see what happens next so if you have any mercy in your bones please consider contributing to their kickstarter because I just told you all I know and I want MORE damnit!
