If it’s been hurting for so long you’re numb to the pain that’s okay
If you’ve accepted what happened that’s okay
If you’re dealing with what happened well that’s okay
If you’re struggling to function because of it that’s okay
If you’re not okay that’s okay
If it happened years and years ago but didn’t start hurting until now that’s okay
If you never heal from it that’s okay
If you have alters or you are an alter struggling to deal with what happened that’s okay
If you are an alter but don’t remember the trauma that’s okay
If you are an alter that remembers the trauma in vivid detail that’s okay
If you are the host and your alters are the only reason you can function that’s okay
If you don’t need help from your alters that’s okay
If you are an alter struggling with your own issues as a result of the trauma that’s okay
If you daydream to escape reality because of your trauma that’s okay
You’re valid no matter how you’re feeling and how you’re functioning as a result of your trauma
